SERVICES

The following services will be performed for each visit to your home, regardless of what option of service is chosen. All visits are thorough, accurate and discreet.

1. Inspect the exterior of your home and property for vandalism, signs of trespass and weather damage.
2. Remove any trash from your property and perform minor weed control in the front of your home.
3. Inspect/test the irrigation system to ensure all irrigated vegetation are receiving water.
4. Inspect for water leaks inside and outside of your home.
5. Test/flush all indoor water fixtures. IE: toilets, sinks, bathtubs and showers.
6. Cycle the dishwasher.
7. Test and lubricate the garbage disposal.
8. Check the security of all windows and doors.
9. Alternate interior lights on/off.
** El Dorado Homewatch will perform one interior/exterior annual courtesy  inspection of all windows and doors for proper weather seals to assist in energy  conservation and pest intrusion. The report will be completed and mailed to you  within 30 days of your departure.

Option #1: $30.00/Month. One visit per month, performing services #1 thru #9.

Option #2: $50.00/Month. Two visits per month, performing services #1 thru #9.

Option #3: $80.00/Month.  Four visits per month, performing services # 1 thru #9. *Best value*

Departure SetUp: $40.00.

1. Set hot water heater, thermostat and irrigation timers to “vacation”.
2. Disengage electric garage door(s), manually lock.
3. Remove clothes washer drain hose and cap.
4. Close all sink, shower and bathtub drains.
5. Install light timers. Homeowner to pay for the purchase of timers separately.
6. Verify the homeowner has locked all doors and windows.
7. Included in the fee are bleach for drains, vegetable oil for the garbage disposal.
8. The Departure Set Up will be performed within 24 hours of your departure.

Arrival Set Up: $30.00.

1. Set hot water heater, thermostat and irrigation timers to normal operation.
2. Re-engage electric garage door(s).
3. Re-install the clothes washer drain and open all sink, shower and bathtub drains.
4. Remove light timers.
5. Sweep/wash down the main entryway sidewalk.

El Dorado Homewatch offers other services and custom packages can be tailored to meet the needs of the homeowner. Other services include, but not limited to, house cleaning, grocery shopping, meet with contractors/service companies, mail and utility set up.
