El Dorado Homewatch, L.L.C. is a licensed and insured privately owned business serving the needs and requirements of “Seasonal Residents” in Pima and Pinal counties.
I have 10 years of experience working with local and Federal law enforcement agencies filing Police reports, analyzing crime scenes, collecting data, and assessing government property in preventing or deterring vandalism, trespassing and acts of terrorism. I also have three certifications from the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA in disaster response and incident command.

I have 12 years of experience working with seasonal residents and retirees in all facets of homeownership; Landscaping, irrigation installation, Block, Tile, Carpentry, Window/Door installs, Drywall, Plumbing and Roofing.
As a homeowner myself, I am very cognizant of the ups and downs of owning a home and leaving a home unattended for short, or long periods of time. I myself have experienced vandalism at my home and the feeling of helplessness, anger, being violated and worry can be overwhelming. Our homes are perhaps the largest investment we will ever make, and because of that, El Dorado Homewatch was born!
